Our Graduate Programme runs for a period of 12 months giving successful graduates the opportunity to become a full time Xapien once the programme has concluded. This role would therefore be a 12 month contract.

Position overview
As a Risk Graduate Trainee, you will support our risk management operations by assisting in the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks across the organisation. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to develop professionally in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk assessment models and tools.
- Conduct risk evaluations to understand risk exposures and make recommendations for mitigating risks.
- Analyse large sets of data to identify trends and potential risk areas.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations that communicate risk analysis findings to senior management.
- Support the risk management team in daily operations and special projects.
Skills needed
- Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
