Join a pioneering team dedicated to shaping the future of robotics data. In this role, you will be at the forefront of research and development, focusing on how embodied data is collected, structured, and utilized for robot learning and perception.
Define and standardize robotics data formats, schemas, and benchmarks
Design innovative data collection methods, including human demonstrations, teleoperation, and sensor integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on model training data
Evaluate datasets for diversity, scalability, and impact
Prototype experiments and tools to enhance data gathering efficiency
Stay informed about leading labs and integrate best practices into your work
2–5+ years of experience in robotics R&D, data engineering, or applied research
Strong understanding of robotics data pipelines and multimodal schemas (e.g., RGB-D, IMU, pose, language)
Experience with robot perception, control, or data-driven learning
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
A degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience at leading robotics or AI companies
Familiarity with embodied AI datasets or imitation learning pipelines
Hands-on experience with sensor prototyping
