This is a remote position.

We are looking for Instructional Designer (Methodologist) IT

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Course Material Development: Design and develop educational materials for IT courses—including UX/UI, Web Development, Data Analytics, and more—in English.

  • Educational Experience Design: Create learning experiences that enable individuals aged 35+ to acquire new professional skills and secure employment in Germany.

  • Expert Collaboration: Work closely with course experts to develop webinar scripts, class presentations, and comprehensive notes for both instructors and students.

  • Assessment Creation: Develop tests and various course elements such as homework assignments, long-form articles, and presentations.

  • Quality Assurance: Establish criteria and formats for evaluating the quality of educational programs.

  • Product Enhancement: Provide ongoing methodological support to refine and improve our educational products.



Requirements

What Are We Looking for in You?

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Methodologist or Instructional Designer.

  • IT Course Development: Proven experience in developing courses in IT fields such as UX/UI, Web Development, or Data Analytics is a significant advantage.

  • Educational Design Expertise: Strong understanding of backward design principles and crafting engaging educational experiences.

  • English Proficiency: High level of proficiency in English; ability to create learning materials (presentations, notes, tests, assignments) in English.

  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and conduct insightful interviews.

  • Industry Insight: Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in instructional design.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to quickly learn and implement new tools, methodologies, and educational approaches.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, coupled with empathy and attention to detail.

  • Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

  • Problem-Solving: Flexibility and creativity in finding innovative solutions.

  • Decision-Making: Capability to justify and articulate your decisions clearly and convincingly.

  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing projects, multitasking, processing large amounts of information, and maintaining composure under stress.
