Overview
This role will be part of the S4 Hana Transformation programme, a unique one-time transformation opportunity designed to enable Nomad Foods to deliver, and possibly exceed, its financial goals through the strategy of ‘Simplify, Standardise, Automate & Transform’.
S4 Hana is a portfolio of change projects and programmes, coming together as a business-led, technology enabled transformation to be delivered over a 3-year period (2022-2025). The portfolio is coordinated via the Air Traffic Control (ATC), connecting the dots across a set of Functional and Cross-Functional Workstreams.
Each Workstream has dedicated Project Management support. This Project Manager role is required to support the OCM Cross-Functional Workstream – day to day reporting to the Chief People Officer.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for ensuring the projects and changes in scope of the OCM Cross-Functional Workstream are delivered in line with the overarching Business Case and Critical Path Tier 1 Plan.
Activities will include (not exhaustive):
- Creation, maintenance and progress tracking against the Tier 1 & 2 S4 Hana OCM Programme plan (feeding into the overarching Tier 1 plan held at ATC level, and partnering across the OCM team to ensure the detailed Tier 3 plans held at project level are robust).
- Leading with support from the Change Leads & Training Lead with the regular Tier 2 Progress Update Reports, feeding into the Tier 1 Progress Update Report, in line with the defined governance rhythm.
- Supporting the Change Leads & Training Lead with feeding into the overarching S4 Hana ATC governance framework.
- Partnering across the OCM team to ensure the delivery of the OCM activities is well coordinated and is communicated efficiently and effectively, in line with the Tier 1, 2 & 3 plans.
- Risk and Issue management and mitigation in line with the OCM Workstream, escalating as appropriate via the Tier 2 Progress Update report and associated governance forums.
- Interdependency management across the Functional and Cross-Functional Workstreams, in particular considering resource requirements and potential overlap – generating issues and risks as appropriate in line with interdependencies identified.
- Supporting the Chief People Offices with resource coordination across the OCM Workstream, ensuring the right people are identified, engaged, onboarded and supported (centrally and across the business) in line with the activities, milestones and deliverables outlined in the OCM plans.
- Providing a regular cadence of updates to the Chief People Officer (S4 Hana OCM Accountable Lead) and Group Director Corporate Affairs & Sustainability (Nomad Accountable Comms Lead)
- Supporting the Change Leads and Training Lead with preparation of OCM materials for key governance or engagement forums e.g PLT, Steerco, in partnership with the Comms Lead
