SaaS Security Expert
At Band of Coders, we are building a Talent Pool of SaaS Security Experts to support upcoming projects across different industries. We are looking for experienced professionals with experience in securing SaaS environments, cloud platforms, and modern application ecosystems.

Role Overview
As a SaaS Security Expert, you will be implementing and monitoring the Valence SaaS Security Platform for different clients and projects. Using this platform, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing security best practices across SaaS applications and cloud-native environments. You will work closely with DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams to strengthen security posture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Design and implement security strategies for SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications.
Perform security assessments, audits, and risk analyses.
Support incident response and remediation processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps approach).
Conduct security reviews of third-party SaaS vendors and integrations.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in SaaS security.
Knowledge of SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), SSO, MFA, and zero-trust architectures.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+)
Experience in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM, CSPM, SAST/DAST)
Background in DevSecOps practices.
Experience working with startups or fast-growing tech companies.
