This is a remote position.
The Account Executive is responsible for driving the growth of iCareManager’s (iCM) enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution by engaging and selling to organizations that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This includes IDD/DDA residential providers, behavioral health organizations, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), Adult Day Programs, Employment Agencies, and Case Management entities within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate has experience working with or selling to decision-makers in the IDD space, such as IT professionals, nursing staff, administrators, executive directors, and other senior leadership roles. A proven track record of consultative sales and the ability to navigate complex decision-making structures is essential.
Duties And Responsibilities
Market and sell iCareManager’s EHR/eMAR services to regionalIDD/DDA residential providers, behavioral health organizations, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Adult Day Programs, Employment Agencies, and Case Management organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)within the designated territory.
Attend 20 to 30 conferences annually.
Working knowledge of how IDD/DDA residential providers, ICFs, Adult Day Programs, Employment Agencies, and Case Management organizations operate to clearly present ways iCM’s solution can better meet the needs of the organization and better serve their respective communities.
Coordinate with sales Director and/or COO in evaluating and developing new sales opportunities.
Conduct “virtual” presentations to prospects in your designated territory, assigned accounts, and in-person while at conferences/trade shows.
Experience presenting via Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, and sending out calendar invites with pertinent information to conduct presentation.
Identify new sales opportunities through conferences, cold calling, prospecting, referrals, market data, CRM, social media, and other communication media to target prospects within the assigned territory.
Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Share responsibility in Identifying, scheduling, and coordinating attendance at local, regional, and national trade shows for the sales department.
Develop a sales/marketing strategy to drive interest, brand awareness, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads to meet and exceed agreed upon quarterly sales goals.
Schedule, coordinate, and drive attendance for local and regional dinner programs to promote iCareManger’s software solutions. Attendees must be key staff fromIDD/DDA residential providers, behavioral health organizations, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Adult Day Programs, Employment Agencies, and Case Management organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)within the designated territory.
Review and provide an organized report of personal sales activity, sales opportunities, and overview on wins, loses, and other challenges bi-weekly to Director of Sales, COO, and CFO.
Experience, or ability to learn and document sales activity with iCM’s CRM Tool.
Coordinate and communicate with other key departments for support to execute a sale, or implement a new customer including Customer Success, Product Owners, Implementation, Operations, Sales, and Leadership team.
Adhere to iCM policies and procedures, and communicate with team members, customers, potential customers, and individuals within the IDD community with respect and integrity.
Requirements
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications
2+ years of prior sales experience in software, healthcare, pharmacy, or other IDD related experience preferred. (Sales Executive, Residential Manager, Executive Director, Implementation Manger, Administrators, or other related positions is desired).
Experience withIDD/DDA residential providers, behavioral health organizations, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Adult Day Programs, Employment Agencies, and Case Management organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Proficiency in Asana, ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Google Calendar, Email, and CRM software is required.
Consultative sales approach with an ability to assess challenges and provide solutions to potential customers efficiently and effectively.
Strong planning/organizing abilities – both for personal and team sales efforts.
Clear and concise written and oral communications.
Ability to travel as needed, including overnight travel for conferences and other marketing events.
Ability to organize, schedule, and secure travel arrangement proactively for conferences and other assigned sales/marketing events – for individual needs, and as needed for other team members.
Comfortable flying commercial airlines before, after, and during business hours, and sometimes over the weekend.
Licensure/Certification
Education/Experience
College Degree or field related work experience
Sales Executive, Implementation Manager, EHR Customer Success Manager, Residential Executive Director, Nurse, Pharmacist or other professional licensure a plus but not required.
Other Qualifications
Proficient in the English language; i.e. read, write, and verbal communication.
Must be able to work remotely full-time Monday - Friday, and occasionally over the weekend.
