Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
Experience managing a full sales cycle and active pipeline
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
