As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, sales-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.
Drive Enrollment Growth
Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems Customer Relationship Building
Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience Sales Execution
Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
Overcome objections and close enrollments
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets Bilingual Customer Support
Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with operations and program teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — You’re great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids.
Fluent in English and Spanish — You can confidently communicate with families in both languages.
