Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying startups and local service businesses for our SEO services. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your primary focus will be on generating new business leads and cultivating relationships with prospects.
Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential clients in your assigned territory

Use various prospecting tools and techniques to generate new leads

Qualify leads to determine their interest and potential fit for our services

Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified prospects

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SEO or digital marketing industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Proficient in CRM software like Close.io or something similar

Team player, self-motivated!
RankScience HQ is in San Francisco but this is a remote position, so the successful candidate will need to have a reliable home office and high-speed internet access. We offer a competitive salary, plus commission and benefits.
