Sales Development Representative (French Speaking)

We are looking for a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base in Francophone markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads, managing a pipeline of prospects and engaging them through outreach efforts.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media, presenting value propositions and building relationships.
Qualification & Follow-Up: Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team to close opportunities.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs, providing insights to the team to help shape outreach approaches.
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
