Job Description:

TaxPay is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and setting appointments for the sales team. You'll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and revenue expansion. If you're a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we want you on our team!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Qualify leads and opportunities to assess fit and potential value, and schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understand their needs and challenges, and position TaxPay's products and services to address their requirements.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing HubSpot as a CRM tool to manage and track sales activities, maintain customer relationships, and optimize sales processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development and apply them to enhance our lead generation strategies and processes.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of comfort with outbound calling and digital communication.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product knowledge.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track and manage leads.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Availability for outreach and meetings during EST working hours.
