    The Role of a Sales Development Representative at Canonical

    What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

    • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
    • Execute sales and marketing campaigns
    • Travel to events and conferences around the world, manning booths and promoting in-person marketing and sales opportunities
    • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to achieve results
    • Work directly with marketing on campaigns
    • Research information on potential customers
    • Generate a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline
    • Identify leads and market trends
    • Help define team processes and policies
    • Interact with new and existing clients, organizing and participating in meetings, while actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities
    • Accurately create, update, maintain, and nurture leads for global opportunities

    What We’re Looking for in You

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
    • Excellent academic performance in high school and college
