To strengthen our Sales team we are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (w/m/d) in the area of Sales Dresden/Remote/Hybrid
  • Your activities will focus on outbound sales activities (prospecting/cold calling) to uncover and qualify relevant sales opportunities
  • As part of the sales team, it is your responsibility to systematically generate new contacts/leads and fill the sales funnel with the support of the sales and marketing team
  • You inspire people competently, with empathy and charm about our SaaS solution and the future-oriented idea of taking a dry topic like inventory further towards the circular economy
  • You are jointly responsible for building a strong and consistent pipeline of leads
  • In addition to HubSpot, you have access to various solutions for your hunting activities, e.g. Apollo and LinkedIn
  • The role reports to the Head of Sales and is coached by him and the Sr. Account Executive
  • We live a single-source-of-truth approach: only what is captured in the CRM exists for us. For maximum transparency and information flow, you regularly forecast and store all your notes, meetings and tasks in Hubspot.
  • You are keen to automate repetitive tasks and are happy to work independently to develop proposals for this
  • You are contagious and can inspire people.
  • You are an active listener and respond to your counterpart with convincing arguments.
  • You are not afraid to proactively contact decision-makers in the respective industries via LinkedIn, e-mail or telephone.
  • Good presentation skills and a strong interest in optimizing new customer acquisition.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are willing to constantly learn more with us and try out new things
  • You are very good at time management and a real organizational talent.
  • You have the ability to find your way around company structures and identify decision-makers
  • Knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce is desirable.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills. Other languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry is welcome, but not a must.
