What is The Role:
Elastic.co is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Tools, processes and policies professional who combines fun and hard work to ensure our industry-leading sales professionals are well-equipped to deliver Elastic offerings directly to customers. The Tech Stack Sales Enablement Architect will own the enablement of Elastic’s sales tech stack, including tools, processes, and workflows, to drive productivity and sales outcomes across all sales and field roles. This role will be responsible for optimizing tool adoption, integrating sales technologies into daily workflows, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. By developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and standardizing processes, the Tech Stack Architect will play a pivotal role in ensuring Elastic’s sales teams are leveraging technology effectively to achieve measurable business results.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as the primary owner of Elastic’s sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools, intelligence platforms).
- Evaluate and implement tools that align with sales goals and improve efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of tools into sales workflows, providing ongoing support and optimization.
- Develop persona-specific training programs to ensure sales roles understand how to maximize the value of each tool.
- Monitor adoption rates and provide targeted coaching to drive effective utilization.
- Define, document, and standardize sales workflows and processes that leverage the tech stack.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to identify and address inefficiencies in current processes.
- Lead the rollout of new tools or updates, ensuring smooth adoption through robust communication and training strategies.
- Establish KPIs for tech stack utilization and tie them to measurable sales outcomes.
- Use analytics to identify gaps, optimize tool usage, and inform leadership on areas for improvement.
What You Bring With You:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or related roles with a focus on sales technology.
- Expertise in managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Seismic, Outreach).
- Strong process design and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive tool adoption through targeted enablement programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience in executive communications with Google Slides.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, pre-sales, and senior business leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
