Location: Fully Remote, USA (North American Market, USA and Canada)

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent, 40 hour week, you must be within EST time zone

Interviews: Max 3 stages totalling around 3.5 hours

Reports to: Head of Revenue, Emily Baldwin

Salary: We have benchmarked a base salary in the region of $60,000-$75,000 (potential $120, 000 OTE), dependent upon experience and our commission structure in place that recognises your experience and potential.

That’s why we’re seeking an ambitious Sales Executive who has outgrown their current role and is looking for an opportunity to make a big splash in a small, but fast growing, SaaS business.

  • You have at least 3-4 years experience in a similar role (in B2B Enterprise SaaS Sales)
  • Prior experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Proven experience with every stage of the sales pipeline
  • Hands on experience with CRM software (ideally Hubspot) and experience in customization
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, in particular prospects (be a trusted advisor)
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills, paired with the ability to learn quickly and have a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results driven approach
  • Proven to have high attention to detail, both visually and textually
  • Proven that you have strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
  • Highly skilled with data and using Google Sheets / Excel for organising, filtering, sorting and processing data
  • Proven experience in preparing and delivering demonstrations and presentations
  • Have the right to live and work in the USA

The day-to-day job: πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»

While the below is not an exhaustive list of your duties, it outlines the bulk of the role on a day-to-day basis.

  • Building and Managing the Sales Pipeline

  • Identify and manage list of Target Accounts (currently law firms > 500 lawyers)

  • Research Key Contacts. Profile them in Hubspot (buyer role, etc)

  • Follow and connect with Key Contacts in Linkedin. Identify their interests. Build relationships

  • Add notes and summarize qualifying information into CRM

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

  • Work the Sales Pipeline; negotiate, send quotes and proposals, close deals and meet sales targets

  • Data and Analysis

  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

  • Networking and relationship building

  • Build and maintain professional networks

  • Attend annual and ad hoc conferences and events. (International travel may be required)

  • Business, Competitor Intelligence

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

  • We are a 40 hour week, Mon-Fri and have core hours, unless stated otherwise or agreed. Your role may also require out of hours working to accommodate meetings with clients. Being a small remote team, it's how we operate
  • We set meetings each week and people are expected to attend and contribute
  • It's a very busy role and we have big plans

Interview Process πŸ’Œ

  • Intro Call: You will meet Sarah; Head of People & Ops first on a 30 minute zoom call; you don't need to prepare anything in advance.

  • Personality & Role Specific Tests

  • Interview: If we’re both excited to proceed, you will be invited to a second stage interview with Emily, Head of Revenue and another applicable manager. This part of the process will include a task/presentation

  • Final Interview: Will be with other team members within Vable and will be a chance to explore anything needing clarification and may include a presentation.
