The Sales Manager, New Logo will focus on driving customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth objectives through strategic engagement with new clients.
This role is responsible for expanding Enghouse Interactive’s market share by establishing and cultivating relationships, building a qualified pipeline of prospective clients. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thought leadership, presenting compelling solutions and insights that create demand for Enghouse products and services. This includes educating potential clients on industry trends, best practices, and aligning solutions to their needs.
The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies, successfully closing new deals to drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid role from our Madrid office, reporting to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s services and solutions to drive growth in the Spanish market through external relationships and networks
- Owns development of an executable strategy for specific pipeline development that supports the assigned sales goals
- Anticipate Customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful
- Drives sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline
- Engaged in all phases of the sales lifecycle including: identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; contract negotiation and closing
- Ensures all targeted prospect/client contacts and engagement opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Proactively collaborates with other members of the team to define and execute sales strategies and tactics to increase new revenue
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of solution selling experience
- MUST HAVE experience in sales within the Contact Center Software marketplace
- Consistently exceed revenue and quota targets
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of the Contact Center industry and familiarity with industry leaders and competitors
- Proven prospecting skills that deliver new business
- Hunter: effective prospecting skills that enable you to identify, penetrate and close on new logo business
- Consultative approach and effective negotiation skills
- Work on a matrix team
