The Sales Operations Analyst is a remote role responsible for driving operational excellence across assigned customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy, order execution, and inventory alignment processes are managed effectively to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1-3 years of customer account management and item setup experience
Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience work with ERP systems (SAP preferred), proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently
