As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in leading our sales team to success. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strategic consulting experience in sales productivity and effectiveness, along with a track record of supporting high performing teams. This role will partner with the Head of Growth Sales to drive overall productivity and effectiveness. Responsibilities will include go-to-market design, resource planning, quota setting & management, ad-hoc analytical reporting, and strategic program management. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders from Finance, Marketing, People Operations, and Sales to deliver key outcomes. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a documented history of thriving in ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in developing go-to market strategy, resource plans and key performance metrics
  • Create and manage operational processes such as target setting and compensation reporting for the Growth team
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Director of Sales Ops and Head of Growth Sales to define and operationalize best-in-class sales plays & cadences for Growth team
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business development efforts
  • Utilize analytical models and data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, or GTM-Focused VC
  • Strategic consulting experience in sales productivity and effectiveness, preferably at a top-tier firm
  • Experience building and managing sales teams at startup or high-growth companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience is critical
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for innovation and driving business impact through sales excellence
