As an intern on the Indicium Sales Team, your mission will be to support sales operations, helping to organize the sales pipeline, analyze sales data, and assist with prospecting and customer relationship activities.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain hands-on experience in consultative sales, sales strategy, and the technology and data market.
Update and maintain the CRM, ensuring the organization and quality of information on leads, opportunities, and customers
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and dashboards
Follow up on administrative tasks, such as document and contract management
Research and qualify leads to feed the sales pipeline
Support the preparation of prospecting materials, such as presentations and personalized emails
Support activities related to market mapping and feasibility studies
Provide support in analyzing lead and customer needs
Monitor pre-sales metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in the development of sales proposals
Support the preparation of meetings and commercial presentations
Record and track customer interactions in the CRM
Collaborate with the marketing, partnerships, and product teams
Support the execution of commercial events and initiatives
Participate in training sessions and sales team meetings
Develop knowledge about the market, customers, and the company’s solutions
Currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
At least in the 4th semester of undergraduate studies
Intermediate English
Good oral and written communication skills
Organization and attention to detail
Proactivity and a willingness to learn
