OUR HIRING PROCESS:
- We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Proposal Writer Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to create compelling and persuasive proposals for potential clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, gathering relevant information, and crafting well-written proposals that effectively communicate our products or services to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements
- Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends
- Assist in creating customized proposals that address client needs and showcase our offerings
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals
- Proofread and edit proposals to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and input for proposals
- Maintain a database of proposal templates and relevant information for future use
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite primarily focusing on creating well designed PowerPoint Presentations alongside other relevant software applications
- Prior experience in proposal writing or sales support is a plus
