Responsibilities
Manage and support multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and strong relationships.
Conduct outreach to new prospects and present products or services aligned with client needs.
Understand client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
