In this role, you will be part of a high performing team that builds clients relationship and directly drives revenue. What will I be doing?:
  • Maintain a sales pipeline of a minimum of 10+ active opportunities weekly
  • Display a deep understanding & passion for all things Salesforce
  • Be motivated to generate pipeline and produce new leads
  • Gain access, navigate structures and build trust in assigned accounts, prospects and markets.
  • Discover, validate, and develop sales opportunities which maximize client value.
  • Partner with customer to align, promote, and fund projects that enhance customer success through SF.
  • Be an advocate for customer satisfaction and success across all levels of Demand Chain team.
  • Bring industry and technical knowledge expertise to client’s decision-making process.
  • Build relationships and trust across client all relevant dimensions of the customers’ organization.
  • Be/become an industry and domain expert, with a specific focus on their customer engagement lifecycle and processes
  • Manage account strategy, planning, and opportunity forecasting within your book of business.
  • Partner with Demand Chain Solution Architects and Engineering to solution, estimate, and quote opportunities.
  • Develop solution proposals that communicate business value, technical scope, and financial ROI.
  • Understand, apply and advocate for improvements in Demand Chain’s account management and selling models that improve effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Be and advisor in promoting product improvements for routine customer problems.

What Technical Skills/Education do I need?
  • Professional Services selling in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector or 5+ years selling and delivering Salesforce customer engagement projects
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
