Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote in these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, IA, ID, IL, IN, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI

Role Description:

As a Salesforce Administrator at ShipBob, you’ll be responsible for managing ShipBob’s Salesforce platform, meeting the requirements provided by business stakeholders and maintaining user access and security for more than 500 users.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Salesforce CRM platform and oversee all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, and other routine tasks.
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching/reporting, and user roles to manage access.
  • Implement, test, and deploy Salesforce updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain system security and integrity, with necessary checks and balances to prevent errors and data loss.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
  • Work with Business Stakeholders to gather business requirements and configuration of Salesforce to support those business requirements.
  • Migration of legacy automations and into lightning flows.
  • Maintenance and enhancements of our existing implementations (i.e. Salesforce Chat, Salesforce Shield, etc.).
  • Testing and deploying new release updates.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment.
  • Implement, test, and deploy Salesforce updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain system security and integrity to prevent errors and data loss.
  • The ability to work with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a huge plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. We are targeting a salary range of $63,775 - $85,030 for this role. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $63,773 - $106,288.
