Your Opportunity

The Salesforce System Administrator will maintain and optimize our Salesforce environment, ensuring it meets the needs of our business. The role involves configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform, managing user access, testing in sandbox, and providing support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and be able to configure Salesforce system to best meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Implement and manage changes and customizations to the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows and process builder.
  • Maintain system, security, and data integrity by managing data migrations, data cleansing, and data hygiene.

User Support:

  • Provide end-user support for Salesforce users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.
  • Document and maintain a library of enhancements and features created within the system to use as a reference.

System Improvement:

  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce configuration.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for implementation.
  • Aid in periodic releases between salesforce instances such as sandbox to production environment, as well as conduct sandbox refreshes.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and reports/dashboards creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management and reporting.
  • Proficient with Salesforce Lightening Experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
