Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote, Portugal
Required Skills:
5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity, case management, customer service).
Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
Ability to create reports and dashboards for business insights.
Understanding of data management and security models in Salesforce.
Experience with Agile methodology and writing user stories.
Basic knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration concepts (also with Training management solutions would be helpful).
Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader).
