We are hiring a data analyst with experience in creating reports and dashboards using the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

1- Data Analysis:

a. Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

b. Interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for stakeholders.

2- Report Development:

a. Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce reporting tools such as Report Builder and Dashboard Builder.

b. Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different departments and user groups.

3- Requirements Gathering:

a. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and objectives.

b. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for report development.

4- Performance Monitoring:

a. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics within Salesforce to track business performance.

b. Identify areas of underperformance or opportunities for optimization.

5- Data Integrity and Quality Assurance:

a. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce by performing regular data audits and validation checks.

b. Implement data quality best practices to maintain a clean and reliable database.

6- Training and Support:

a. Provide training and support to Salesforce users on report generation, interpretation, and utilization.

b. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce reporting capabilities and best practices.

7- Continuous Improvement:

a. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and enhancements related to reporting and analytics.

b. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and drive efficiency gains.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.

· Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

Education: College Degree, Associate in a Computer Science Related Field

Experience:

1. Minimum 1 years of experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
