Role Summary
We are seeking a strong, hands-on Salesforce Consultant to join our implementation teamfocused on specialized industry solutions for US telco. As finding an individual with expertiseacross all required domains is challenging, We are looking for candidates with deep,compartmentalized knowledge in one or more of the core areas: EPC, CPQ, and OM. Theideal candidate will be essential in making our technical architecture a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on implementation and configuration as a Salesforce Consultant.
Apply deep knowledge of the telco industry and specific industry solutions within theSalesforce platform.
Demonstrate expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), covering bothmanaged packages and newer architectures like RCA/RLM (Revenue CloudAdvanced).
Configure and manipulate Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) rules, specificallyhandling the pricing engine and product configuration.
Manage the Order Management (OM) component, including understanding thearchitecture of decomposition and orchestration.● Occasionally interact with US-based customers with clear, effective communication.
Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a strong, hands-on Salesforce consultant.
Specialized knowledge in EPC, CPQ, or OM, with the ability to potentially covermultiple areas (e.g., EPC/CPQ or OM).
Excellent English language skills, suitable for client interaction.
