Salesperson Intern
The Salesperson Intern at FutureSight will assist our sales team with client outreach, market research, and sales operations. We seek a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen interest in sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactiveness, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills are essential. Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required. Demonstrated proficiency and commitment will provide opportunities for increased responsibilities and growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Build and maintain positive client relationships to foster long-term business growth
Assist the sales team with daily activities, including preparing sales materials and presentations
Provide support in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends
Analyze competitors’ products and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information
Track sales performance metrics and generate reports to support sales strategies and decisions
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
Coordinate with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, ensuring effective communication to clients
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Stay informed about new product launches and updates to provide accurate information to clients
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and knowledge
Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales documents
Ensure all sales processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Take advantage of learning opportunities provided by the company, including training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and customer experience
Collaborate with the sales team to implement changes based on customer insights
Key Requirements
Strong academic performance with a focus on sales or marketing courses
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Proficiency in using data to support sales strategies and decision-making processes
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Ability to develop persuasive sales presentations and materials
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Nice to Have
Proficiency in the Polish language for effective communication.
Awareness of industry-specific trends and challenges relevant to the company’s market
Experience in public speaking or presentations, demonstrating confidence and clarity in communication
