KATBOTZ LLCis seeking an experiencedSAP Master Data Consultantto supportSAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in master data governance, data migration, data quality management, and business process integration across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Project Systems.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, data owners, and implementation teams to establish high-quality master data standards and support successful SAP Public Cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities Master Data Strategy & Governance- Define and implement master data governance processes and standards.
Establish data ownership, stewardship, and quality controls.
Develop data management policies and best practices aligned with SAP GROW methodologies.
Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
Master Data Design & Management- Configure and support master data structures within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Define and maintain:
Material Master
Business Partner (Customer & Supplier)
Product Master Data
Finance Master Data
Cost Centers
Profit Centers
GL Accounts
Asset Master Data
BOMs and Routings
Project Master Data
Warehouse Master Data
Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and clean-core principles.
Data Migration & Validation- Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading activities.
Work with SAP Migration Cockpit and migration tools.
Develop mapping and validation rules.
Execute data quality checks and reconciliation activities.
Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and production cutovers.
Business Process Integration- Collaborate with functional teams across:
Finance (FI/CO)
Procurement (MM)
Manufacturing (PP)
Sales (SD)
Warehouse Management (EWM)
Project Systems (PS)
Ensure master data supports end-to-end business processes.
Training & Support- Train business users on master data governance and maintenance procedures.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.
Develop data standards, documentation, and operating procedures.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of SAP Master Data Management experience.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP GROW implementations.
