Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful SAP Project Manager to lead an S/4HANA migration for a nationwide commercial client. Join our team and utilize SAP technology to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Duties and Responsibilities:The SAP Agile Project Manager will manage the project schedule and costs, oversee stakeholder scope, manage delivery teams, and coordinate and maintain several engagements for strategic consulting services among multiple workstreams. The SAP Project Manager will oversee the migration of multiple legacy systems and ultimately the implementation of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Human Capital Management. Duties include but may not be limited to:
Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues
Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions
Lead program planning and deployment, budget management, scope management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development
Evaluate, plan for, and drive organizational change
Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events
Maintain and coordinate project tasks, Jira upkeep and entries
Coordination and management of multiple workstreams requiring project initiation, planning, organization, execution, control, closure, problem solving, account management and project documentation.
Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
Ensure proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives and that this governance is operating effectively.
Provide oversight over the end-to-end SAP engagement where required. Bring together silos and ensure overall delivery accountability exists
Management of remote resources in a global delivery and distributed organization
Provide a weekly status report consisting of items requested by the client
Provide a monthly status report consisting of routine and special difficulties encountered, and a detailed listing of all work performed by task in electronic format and hardcopy
Include any and all Risks, Issues, and Opportunities identified in the weekly status reports
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:- 5+ years of experience managing S/4HANA migrations
Expertise in the following modules of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud:

Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as, project charter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule
Experience with setting up data driven organizations, performing a leadership role in Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Warehouse projects
Excellent understanding of SAP functional process areas and related data structures in ECC and S/4HANA
Proficient understanding of SAP solutions and of the consulting business processes and functions
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Project Change Management/Requirement tracking, etc.
Experience in Project Financials (Budgets/Forecasting/Labor Claiming)
Minimum Education:- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
Required Certifications:- PMP, SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications desired
Other:- Travel: Project is fully remote, but occasional travel to client site may be required
