Description
This is a part-time, flexible position (employment or subcontractor) designed for someone passionate about bridging science, healthcare innovation, and funding strategy.
You will be responsible for:
Grant sourcing & applications- Identify national, EU, and global research grants and funding opportunities.
Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with our scientific and clinical teams.
Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award.
Clinical study support & administration- Support setup, documentation, and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations.
Act as the liaison between our internal teams, academic partners, and corporate collaborators.
Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects.
Science project management- Coordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies.
Oversee research-related documentation, IRB/ethics submissions, and data collection workflows.
Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence.
Innovation & efficiency- Use modern AI tools (literature review, drafting, project management, grant monitoring) to maximize productivity.
Continuously improve internal processes around research and funding.
Requirements
PhD (or equivalent research background) in health sciences, life sciences, biomedical engineering, digital health, or related field.
Proven experience in grant writing with a track record of successful applications (EU Horizon, NIH, national agencies, foundations).
Strong scientific writing and communication skills in English.
Experience with clinical research administration (protocols, ethics submissions, reporting).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with academics, clinicians, and corporate partners.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, international environment.
