Scrum Master for UAV Swarm Development (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure that Agile practices are followed by the team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments that obstruct team performance and progress.
• Utilize your technical background to provide insights and support to technical discussions and decision-making, particularly in areas involving autonomous systems or drone swarms.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that technical and project goals are aligned.
• Maintain and report on relevant metrics that help the team assess their performance.
• Foster a collaborative environment where clear communication and proactive problem resolution are prioritized.
• Mentor and coach team members on agile methodologies, enhancing their growth and development within the team.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment, ideally within software development or a related field.
• Experience in the development of autonomous systems or drone swarm technologies is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Technical proficiency, with experience in software development or systems engineering highly valued.
• Excellent skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
• Proficient with Agile project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
