DeepL is a global AI product and research company focused on building secure, intelligent solutions to complex business problems. We are looking for an SDR Manager, EMEA Outbound to lead and develop a team of seven outbound Sales Development Representatives across the EMEA region.
Requirements
Substantial experience in an SDR or Sales Development Management role, with a strong track record of leading outbound teams to consistent pipeline targets.
A genuine passion for coaching and developing people — you are energised by seeing your team grow, not just by hitting numbers yourself.
Deep understanding of outbound sales development: sequencing, personalisation, prospecting strategy, and qualification frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to native-level English standard — you will engage with senior internal stakeholders and represent the SDR function credibly at all levels.
Proven ability to use data and performance metrics to drive coaching decisions and improve team output.
Experience working in an international, fast-paced SaaS or technology business.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you are comfortable working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders. Benefits
