The role:
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to manage our SEO content pipeline, including both informational and commercial content across our marketing blog and product sites. You’ll manage our existing content plan, report on organic results, conduct keyword research, liaise with copywriters, approve content for upload, and publish SEO content at scale to drive organic traffic and conversions.
Our current SEO strategy has delivered a 10x uplift in our organic traffic over the last 12 months. You’ll be responsible for continuing this strategy and publishing content to improve our online visibility, website traffic and leads. Our strategy to date has focused only on the US market. Your role will help replicate our success in the Australian and UK markets, impacting sales and overall business success in all three regions.
This role requires a blend of technical, creative and organisational skills to manage a large production of content. If you have a passion for SEO and Product Growth with a data-driven mindset, we invite you to apply and help shape our online visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Senior SEO Engineer’s content plan by taking their strategy and putting it into action
- Manage blog content production workflows using project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com to ensure timely delivery
- Optimize landing pages to improve search engine rankings and support SEO campaigns
- Oversee and manage the content plan for blogs and topics to ensure alignment with SEO goals
- Publish and format blogs on WordPress, ensuring they meet SEO and quality standards
- Update blogs and landing pages to keep content fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO
- Liaise with blog writers to ensure content aligns with SEO strategy and editorial guidelines
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content performance
- Run and analyze monthly reports using tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs and Google Analytics to track SEO performance
- Analyze data to uncover actionable insights that drive SEO improvements and content performance
- Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools to track website performance and identify trends
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in SEO, content management, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and analytics
- Experienced in publishing and optimising content on WordPress
- Strong SEO reporting skills with experience in SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs (or a similar tool)
- Familiarity with Analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience in B2B or lead generation campaigns is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative field is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and work on projects autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
