Support and improve Voldex's security practices and internal device management across a scaling remote workforce.
Design, implement, and maintain company-wide device configuration, security, and compliance standards.
Establish clear, documented standards, processes, and self-service mechanisms for device provisioning, access requests, and lifecycle management.
Proactively identify risks and inefficiencies across devices, systems, and access processes, then contribute practical, scalable solutions that strengthen security posture while preserving speed and team autonomy.
Manage device lifecycle processes (provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and secure decommissioning) while continuously monitoring device health, security posture, and compliance.
Secure & regularly audit external platforms (e.g., Discord, Roblox groups, and internal tools), ensuring appropriate access controls, permissions, and protection against misuse or compromise.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that improve security maturity, automation, and operational efficiency as the company scales. Benefits
