    • Identify and map companies with potential for corporate travel and business opportunities;

    • Prospect new clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and strategic networking;

    • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with managers, executives, and business owners;

    • Assess client potential, considering company size, volume, needs, and available budget;

    • Conduct a consultative assessment to understand the corporate client’s pain points, challenges, and processes;

    • Prioritize opportunities with the highest likelihood of conversion and profitability;

    • Present customized solutions, highlighting competitive advantages and return on investment (ROI);

    • Develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with the client’s needs and internal policies;

    • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, deadlines, and SLAs, ensuring financial viability;

    • Lead negotiations through to contract closure, ensuring alignment between the proposal and delivery;

    • Record and track opportunities in the CRM, keeping the sales pipeline up-to-date and organized;

    • Monitor the status of negotiations, prepare forecasts, and track the sales cycle;

    • Act strategically to shorten the sales cycle and increase the conversion rate;

    • Meet targets for new customers, revenue, and sales performance;

    • Maintain active relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process;

    • Conduct strategic follow-ups and manage objections in a consultative manner;

    • Ensure a smooth customer transition after closing a deal, supporting onboarding with internal departments;

    • Monitor competitors, prices, and trends in the corporate market;

    • Identify opportunities for new products, market segments, and commercial adjustments;

    • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and strategic meetings, strengthening the brand and commercial positioning.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, Tourism, International Relations, or related fields;

    • Solid experience in B2B sales and active prospecting, with a focus on consultative sales in medium- and long-term cycles, specifically aimed at generating new accounts (hunter profile);

    • Experience with consultative sales techniques, such as SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, and others;

    • Knowledge of CRM management and sales pipeline management, using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar;

    • Experience in preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals aligned with business strategy;

    • Ability to analyze sales metrics (KPIs), tracking metrics such as conversion rate, average ticket size, sales cycle, and portfolio performance;

    • Skills in sales negotiation and contractual knowledge, including negotiating contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms;

    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills for engaging with corporate decision-makers;

    • Knowledge of digital tools and online prospecting, including professional use of LinkedIn, email, video conferencing, and presentations;

    • Understanding of the corporate sector and B2B purchasing dynamics;

    • Knowledge of compliance and corporate policies applicable to commercial negotiations;

    • Intermediate-level English or Spanish.
