Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on AR and collections operations experience
Proven track record of managing third-party vendors or agencies against SLAs and KPIs
Experience with billing platforms, PSPs, and ERPs, including Chargebee, Adyen, and NetSuite
Ability to independently build and maintain operational reports using SQL and a BI tool Benefits
