Why You

NewRocket is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Global Sales Analytics to be responsible for data research and analytics related to mapping Sales and Financial data, processes, and productivity, highlighting possible areas of improvement in review of company data, building reports based on findings and recommendations for improvement. You will support the Sales team to formalize data requirements and work within existing systems and tools to analyze data in a meaningful way that allows teams to manage more efficiently.

  • Work with the Vice President, Sales Operations & Enablement and the Sales Operations Manager to provide accurate data to drive successful business decisions and operational processes across the

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain sales and product analytics. Translate business logic within SQL or BI tools to produce accurate reporting and visualizations to support decision making corporate reporting, lead funnel conversion rates, competitive win/loss analysis, product-line sales forecasting, SaaS metrics, pipeline contribution, sales velocity, renewals, churn, account health, etc.
  • Interpret data and analyze outputs leveraging dashboarding, modeling, and other data visualization techniques
  • Support VP, Sales Operations & Enablement in reconciling and ensuring consistency from various data sources and assist in driving the automation of analytics.
  • Manage regional and territory sales reporting requirements including but not limited to:
    • Provide insights into effectiveness of specific initiatives and report progress against targets, budget, and forecast
    • Sales Performance KPI’s
    • Pipeline Analysis
    • All sales related decks (MFR, QBR, with analysis and insights
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed

What You Bring Along

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and/or business operations at a fast- growing
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power BI, or SQL
  • Proficient with Salesforce (dashboards and reports) Revenue Intelligence, is a plus and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Familiarity developing waterfall charts and graphs
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reporting
  • Exceptional data analysis & synthesis skills. You can deeply understand key business questions and leverage analytics to make You are also comfortable when data is ambiguous or isn’t easily accessible and are determined to use the resources available to find the right solution.
  • Strong communication & collaboration You excel at driving cross-functional initiatives and can clearly communicate and effectively create alignment across teams.
  • A motivated and self-driven You are energetic, driven and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.

Education:

A four-year undergraduate degree in Economics or Business Administration, Finance, Management Science, Statistics, Mathematics or demonstrated work experience.
