Senior Capacity Coordinator

In the new role of Senior Capacity Coordinator, youwill be working closely with our Workforce and Support management teams to plan and ensure we have the right agents, with the right skill sets, in the right queues, at the right time. We’re looking for an analytical thinker who is highly organized, process-minded, tech-savvy, and deeply knowledgeable about workforce planning and management. The role will report to our Senior Manager, Workforce Operations and Quality Assurance.

The Impact you will make

  • Strong knowledge of workforce tools and reporting. Can troubleshoot and offer solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Broader and deeper contribution to capacity coordination efforts. Become the "go-to" person for longer-term capacity planning, such as defining our staffing situation several months down the road.
  • Leverage expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning to drive informed decision-making and support business growth.
  • Takes lead in coordinating or creating staffing planning templates and reports.
  • Displays ability to analyze data and share insights with team members and management.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking that goes beyond what is asked.

Attributes for Success

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, analysis, or operations.
  • 3+ years of operational analytics experience (in any functional field)
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging workforce management software
  • Advanced skills in managerial analytics (e.g. Excel, Google Suite)
  • Flexibility to embrace change and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus if you have

  • Experience in start-up environments
  • Experience in the SaaS industry

Educational Allowances

Educational opportunities will be offered for the Capacity Coordinator, at the discretion of the Senior Manager of Workforce Operations and could include participating in a mentorship program, training to further specific career goals, books or digital content to supplement education and attendance at conferences areas of interest and impact for Kajabi’s overall goals and your desired career goals.

One-On-One Process

The Capacity Coordinatorwill meet weekly with the Senior Manager, Workforce Operations to catch up and discuss their role. The goal of these meetings is to identify areas where the company and individuals can improve, what areas they’re needing more guidance on, and where the Kajabi leadership team can lend time or resources to help meet goals. It’s also a time to discuss specific expectations and discuss any areas of concern you may have about your job or your team.
