    Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Product Catalog & PIM is a highly strategic business owner and subject matter expert responsible for establishing, governing, and optimizing the enterprise product catalog strategy. This role leads the end-to-end evaluation, design, onboarding, and implementation of a centralized Product Information Management (PIM) ecosystem—specifically utilizing tools like Akeneo—and unifies it with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This position sits at the center of cross-functional alignment, ensuring scalable, consistent, and localized (+8 languages) multi-product data models power everything from mobile apps and booking funnels to complex resort channel systems.

    Responsibilities

Catalog Strategy & Governance: Define the master enterprise catalog vision, operating model, taxonomy structures, data ownership rules, and lifecycle management workflows across distinct product business lines.

PIM Platform Leadership: Act as the primary Product Owner and business lead for the end-to-end evaluation, deployment, and rollout of the enterprise PIM ecosystem.

Complex Data Modeling: Architect omnichannel-ready product schemas that map complex variations, hierarchies, and cross-sell structures across accommodations, activities, memberships, mobility, and retail offerings.

Enterprise Systems Integration: Drive the integration strategy connecting the PIM with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), resort channel managers, inventory engines, payment platforms, and CRM solutions.

Booking & Conversion Enablement: Optimize product discoverability and merchant capabilities by configuring rich metadata, media, and promotional bundles that drive personalization and recommendation engines.

Data Quality & Localization: Set corporate data validation benchmarks, track catalog health metrics, and manage multilingual localization layers (+8 languages).

Stakeholder Management: Facilitate alignment workshops and coordinate directly between Revenue Management, Commerce, Digital Experience, and external implementation partners.

    Qualifications and Job Requirements

Must-Have Technical Expectations & Core Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management (MDM).

Niche Domain Expertise: Proven experience leading enterprise PIM implementations specifically within the hospitality, travel, resorts, e-commerce, marketplaces, or booking ecosystems.

Core PIM Tools: Strong technical strategy background with PIM setups (with a targeted preference for Akeneo, or leading platforms like Salsify, Informatica, Pimcore, Stibo Systems, or inriver).

Ecosystem Familiarity: Direct experience working alongside Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.

Architecture Literacy: Thorough understanding of API-driven integrations, data validation schemas, Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, and data governance frameworks.

    Nice-to-Have:

CRM Systems: Familiarity with enterprise CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Adobe Campaign.

Asset & Analytics Tools: Experience interacting with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and modern product analytics software (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau).

Certifications: Professional credentials in PIM platforms, data governance frameworks, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud.

    Engagement & Timezone Details:

    Location: 100% Remote (LatAm).

Timezone Alignment: Flexibility is required to align seamlessly with Middle East working hours (Gulf Standard Time - GST / Eastern European Time - EET scales) to collaborate directly with teams across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

    What We Offer

100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD, that goes beyond typical market offerings.
