Contract position
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related fields
Master's degree in business administration preferable
10 years' experience in change management
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Develop the Change Management Strategy, plan, including supporting artefacts
Plan and manage stakeholder engagements
Set up the Business network
Conduct the Change Impact Assessment and prepare action plans
Mobile business network to support key change Management activities
Liaise with training and communications leads to keep them updated on change activities and impacts
Prepare and Plan readiness assessment
Develop the Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis for the Jump programme
Develop standards and templates
Plan and deploy sustainable handover to identified resources to ensure business ownership and alignment
Perform ad-hoc quality assurance of training materials and training delivery
Enabling and Supporting the Procurement Team with all communication activities relevant to their vendors and their internal teams
Prepare and customise examples of standard comms for review by agreed parties
Support the One SC Project to successfully deliver the communication messages for the programme and each project
Work with stakeholders groups to identify required activities to support target end state
Manage and organise engagement and communication plan
Prioritise the development of artefacts
Co-ordinate and manage the delivery of all project communications as per the communications plan ensuring consistency of messages and approach
Manage internal project communications
Liaise with the Change Agent Network to co-ordinate and consolidate business wide communications requirements and agree tone / channels etc
Responsible for all Supplier Enablement comms with the support of the Supplier Enablement Lead and the Supplier Enablement Forum
