You will take on tasks across a diverse range of topics:

• As a Senior Consultant, you will quickly grasp client-specific requirements—and in doing so, you will rapidly take on sub-project and project management responsibilities, independently leading your projects

• Together with the team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our clients

• Together with the team, you will identify and evaluate optimization approaches for our clients’ business processes and their IT implementation

• You will actively support sales and business development activities and develop technical specifications for in-house product development

Requirements

Here’s what you bring to the table—the skills you’ll use to shape your future and that of our clients:

• You have a degree in economics or engineering, ideally with a focus on the real estate industry, or a comparable qualification.

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.

• You have extensive SAP experience in mapping real estate processes. Relevant experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance is mandatory.

• You have independently implemented—rather than merely supported—several relevant SAP projects in the real estate sector.

• You are able to independently gather customer-specific requirements, analyze them in depth, and translate them into viable solutions.

• You can confidently present technical topics to clients, prepare decisions, and independently structure and drive tasks forward.

• You work with precision, take initiative, and maintain high quality standards.

• You are team- and service-oriented and interact with clients in a confident and professional manner.

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German as well as good English skills.

• You are proficient in MS Office.

This position is specifically intended for experienced consultants who can quickly take on technical responsibility and work productively on client projects without extensive training. If you have only had occasional exposure to SAP or the real estate industry, or if you would first need to undergo extensive training in the technical fundamentals, this role is not the right fit for you.
