OVERVIEWWishpond Technologies seeks a Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic team full-time. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our exceptional team serving clients across the US and Canada. As a Senior Copywriter, you will be pivotal in leveraging digital marketing expertise and AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our copywriting processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES• The Senior Marketing Copywriter is responsible for meticulously review, edit, and provide constructive feedback to team members, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to best practices.• Mentor and coach junior writers, leveraging AI-driven personalized research to identify and address areas for improvement effectively.• Collaborate with senior copywriters and the copywriting team lead to develop and implement AI-driven strategies and procedures to optimize departmental and inter-departmental efficiencies.• Assign tasks to writers, optimizing workflow and productivity.• Generate compelling, high-converting copy for Wishpond clients, incorporating AI-driven insights and strategies to ensure brand integrity and success.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Creative Director, Designers, Account Managers, and clients, to align copy direction with branding and advertising initiatives.• Utilize AI-powered tools to Stay abreast of AI and digital marketing industry trends, leveraging AI, machine learning, Martech, and other innovative technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive results.• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of Wishpond Technologies Ltd.
QUALIFICATIONS• 3years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a demonstrated understanding of AI-driven marketing strategies and techniques.• Profound knowledge of marketing concepts complementing copywriting, such as prospects’ stages of awareness, conversion funnel stages, retargeting, storytelling, and frameworks.• Mastery in crafting impactful headlines and concise copy, augmented by AI-driven insights.• Proven ability to conduct thorough message mining and research using AI-powered tools to inform content creation.• Proficiency in adapting content formats to meet diverse needs.Able to navigate multiple content formats while meeting their needs for maximum impact.• Strong habit of iterating and optimizing ideas based on campaign insights and feedback.• Self-motivated with a client-first mentality, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.• Technical proficiency, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Must be technical, analytical, results-driven, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills, with fluent English (spoken and written). • Knowledge of a second language is an asset.• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on AI and industry trends.
WORK ENVIRONMENT• It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilize and or download company-approved software.• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on EST or PST• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks.• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
