As a Senior Data Product Manager at Lightcast, you will lead the entire lifecycle of our data-driven solutions. Your role centers on transforming complex labor market data into intuitive, high-value products. You’ll engage with customers to deeply understand their needs, validate opportunities for new products and features, and define clear, impactful solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, software product managers, marketing, and sales—you will drive the development and launch of products that meet market demands and deliver exceptional client value.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Impact: Shape products that connect industry and education, enhancing global workforce readiness.
  • Ownership: Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of key data products, driving market success.
  • Collaboration: Work with a dynamic team that values innovation, teamwork, and hands-on problem-solving.
  • Inform: Analyze customer and stakeholder feedback and product performance metrics to shape requirements, prioritize features, and drive data-informed improvements.

Experience & Education:

  • 5+ years in product management with a focus on data or technology-driven products.
  • Familiarity with data products and analytics is essential; experience in labor market intelligence is not required.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across the organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong technical and commercial acumen to convey impactful solutions.
  • Flexible, hands-on, and execution-focused, with experience defining and shipping products iteratively.
  • Skilled at leveraging data to inform product direction and working with labor market data and insights.
