    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing RDBMS and NoSQL solutions, optimizing performance, implementing replication and high availability, and providing support to development teams. Troubleshooting and problem-solving will be a key part of your role.

    • 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study

    • Expert-level experience with at least one of MySQL, PostgreSQL

    • Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL solutions

    • Strong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL)

    • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms

    • Proficiency in Linux

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

    A plus if:

    • Experience in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Bash/Python)

    • Team management experience

    • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix

    Responsibilities

    • Manage RDBMS and NoSQL solutions

    • Ensure database performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery across environments deployed on bare-metal servers and virtual machines

    • Implement and manage replication сhains, partitioning / sharding, backups

    • Assist development teams in creating, optimizing, and problem solving with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions

    • Troubleshooting

    • Drive automation using Terraform, Puppet, and custom tooling for infrastructure and database lifecycle management
