The Director will lead the optimization of the business operational processes through the integration of complex business systems, manage key initiatives, and create detailed roadmaps and reporting processes for strategic projects encompassing research and data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategize ongoing process improvement by leveraging technology to solve complex challenges
- Facilitate the development of business operations workflows and mapping exercises
- Lead the Sales Support team and ensure key performance indicators are met
- Facilitate Sales Team presentations and track departmental performance, including sales metrics and forecasts in support of build scheduling, planning, and operations
- Develop operational business processes to support continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and ensure lean functionality
- Coordinate activities that transform data and creates efficiencies across various departments
- Lead research and data projects as they relate to new opportunities
- Develop and distribute marketing email campaigns and dealer bulletins
- Build research-grounded pipelines for sales and marketing to support business plans, goals and company objectives
- Manage key systems, including CRM and Sales support software, and train others on key functionalities
- Monitor and support dealer agreement processes, onboarding activities, and manage oversight and reporting on dealer performance
- Other duties as assigned
RequirementsExperience/Education:
1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required
2. 7+ years of applicable work experience
3. Technical experience and knowledge of HubSpot required
4. Lean workflow development and management experience
Training Requirements:
1. Must be proficient in MS Office, including accurate data entry and spreadsheets.
2. Must possess accurate keyboard skills.
3. Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
