About the Role:

Brightline brings virtual and soon in person behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where you need it. We are seeking a Senior Director/Vice President, Content and Creative Services who will be responsible for developing and executing Brightline’s content marketing strategy, overseeing brand messaging, and ensuring consistency across all creative assets. This role will drive content creation for both Brightline and Brightlife Kids, aligning strategies while effectively leveraging assets to maximize impact. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in content marketing, storytelling, and brand strategy, as well as a strong understanding of behavioral health, consumer engagement, and digital channels.

Content Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that includes long-form and short-form writing, video, social media, email marketing, podcasts, infographics, and other content formats.

Brand Positioning & Messaging:

  • Define and maintain the brand messaging and voice for Brightline and Brightlife Kids, ensuring consistency across all channels and initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with business and channel stakeholders to create content that aligns with specific business goals, such as increasing Brightlife Kids registrations and driving organic website traffic.

Creative Team Leadership:

  • Manage a Sr. Creative Manager and a Jr. Designer, providing strategic direction and overseeing content production from creative brief to final asset storage and organization.

End-to-End Project Management:

  • Own the entire lifecycle of marketing content, from ideation and creative development to execution and asset organization.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Measure the effectiveness of the content marketing strategy and individual campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights. Provide regular reporting on key learnings and trends.

Industry & Market Expertise:

  • Stay ahead of behavioral health trends, market conditions, target audience insights, and stakeholder perspectives to inform strategic decision-making.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, and brand development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or digital health.

  • Proven ability to lead content marketing initiatives that drive engagement and business results.

  • Strong storytelling skills with experience developing compelling narratives across multiple channels.

  • Expertise in managing creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

  • Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the digital media landscape.

Compensation Philosophy:

  • At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $150,000-$190,000.
