The Senior Domain Engineering Specialist (Veeam Data Cloud M365, Entra ID, and Salesforce) will be responsible for the onboarding and adoption of multiple Veeam Data Cloud Workloads. They will achieve success by getting customers up and running quickly and using their expertise to help with any team that calls upon them.
Act as product and subject matter expert across multiple Veeam SaaS products
Successfully onboard customers of various complexity across multiple geographies
Utilize telemetry to conduct customer/account health checks and escalate matters as required
Help drive new case studies and references with assigned customers
Collaborate internally with post sales team and broader cross functional groups to drive continuous improvement and a superior customer experience
Ensure that all Veeam team activities that touch the customer are in alignment with the customer's business objectives and use cases so the full potential of their Veeam solution can be realized
Provide feedback to Product Management on key features or product limitations that are inhibiting usage and growth
Help collaborate and build out documentation for team processes
Contribute to a positive, innovative, adaptable, and growth minded work culture
Proactively identify areas of potential customer risk and build action plans to help remediate
Work with customers and Veeam Employees from a remote office location
Travel up to 20% of working time
Prior customer or technical success related work experience is required, 5+ years preferred
Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment, Cloud & Hyperscaler technologies, and Microsoft Applications
Experience developing and communicating new ideas and proposals for team improvements
Demonstrates patience, understanding and empathy to effectively manage conflict and concerns
Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
Experience gathering and analyzing success metrics including current usage and key growth stats
Familiarity with using Service Now and Salesforce
General understanding of accompanying infrastructure that works with Veeam (Servers/Storage/Networking/etc.)
