About the Role: We are seeking a visionary leader with clarity of thought to help shape the future of TDSYNNEX Technology strategy. The Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Architect is a pivotal role within our IT organization, responsible for aligning business needs with our technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Serve as the senior technical lead on technology projects, simplifying complex technical issues and communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders.
Strategic Influence: Confidently present and defend proposals to senior leadership, guiding and influencing peers and leaders within the IT space.
Architectural Decision-Making: Clearly explain architectural decisions and present complex frameworks to senior leadership, playing a key role in setting infrastructure strategy.
Subject Matter Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of infrastructure technology capabilities, performance, and trends, as well as a thorough understanding of TDSYNNEX’s current architecture and business processes.
Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior colleagues, oversee documentation and standards review, and lead collaborative decision-making in Architecture Review Board meetings.
What You’ll Do:
Design and estimate infrastructure for highly complex and critical portfolio projects.
Lead the development of infrastructure architecture roadmaps.
Oversee policies, principles, best practices, and standards, maintaining the architectural repository.
Review and direct changes to infrastructure domain architectures as necessary.
Drive organizational change within the IT department.
Act as a technical representative to support potential and actual M&A activities.
Mentor junior colleagues and drive architectural maturity within the TDSYNNEX organization.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in infrastructure technology and architecture.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet challenging deadlines.
Proven ability to lead and influence in a collaborative environment.
