About the Role

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to build and then own the systems and processes to plan Ramp’s next phase of growth. We need an analyst who can analyze data, build models, and clearly communicate high-impact opportunities and trends to partners across the company. This will be a highly cross-functional role, and will report to Ramp’s FP&A Director.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools/systems

  • Help run monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles to deliver operational and financial insights on past performance and future expectations

  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to prioritize key focus areas for the company, communicate clear business objectives, and drive accountability

  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize ROI

What You Need

  • Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role

  • Proven expertise with Excel and Google Sheets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to develop and manage financial models independently

  • Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partners

Nice to Haves

  • Prior FP&A experience within a high-growth tech startup

  • Proven expertise with Looker, SQL, and/or Python

  • Prior public company experience; FinTech experience; accounting experience or education

  • Experience in the implementation of financial planning software (e.g. Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan)
